I am just finallly overcoming a harrowing 10 year battle with Anorexia and articles like this are more helpful than you can even begin to imagine. They help to remind me what is truly important and just how how much life has to offer if only we will open ourselves up to the opportunities and appreciate them for the wonderful gifts they really are!

Simple stuff but so true, and so important. There is no such thing as perfection, just as tomorrow never comes. Be happy in your own skin and spread a little of that good cheer around at the same time. Life will seem all the more sweeter.
