• Rain- too little too late?

  As long as the rain we get in April and May is warm rain, it will be fine as the grass will be able to use it and grow.
  If we get cold rain and start to get some frosts (cooling the soil temp), then grass growth is basically poked. More about Rain- too little too late?

  I WISH bull rush would come back (for the kids, not me!!!).
  The PC police and 'wrap your kids in cotton-wool nazis' have banned it from schools now.
  Kids don't get enough rough and tumble or 'playground life lessons' anymore. Bring back the good old days! More about Bullrush is back!
