  As a polynesian male I have a tendency to show my appreciation for food by consuming it in quantities. However, I've recently gained an appreciation for home made smoothies and wifey likes that 'cos they tend to be quite filling in not so large quantities. Can anyone suggest some good relatively simple recipes or maybe recommend a reasonable smoothie/supplement product?   YUP! I could easily develop some bad habits visiting Vaniyé. Probably lucky for me that they're in Auckland and I'm in Christchurch but I'll definitely be checking them out next time I'm up that way.
