  I think it starts at home but needs to be continued at school. I have noticed that teachers seem to care less than in the past. Interesting point is the kids have a dislike for some teachers as they are too strict however when they get into that teachers class they have the best year and achieve better results. I think a lot of teachers give up and just dont want to try. They took on the profession so they need to set higher standards!
