  The best exercise DVD I ever found is called Turbo Jam - it's quite old school now as it came out in about 2005 but it worls so well and is super fun. It's kind of like kick-boxing crossed with dance, with anaerobic thrills. You can usually pick it up really cheap on TradeMe, I highly recommend it. I lost weight for my wedding with it and am now goign to get back into it to lose baby weight. More about Fun way of getting fit

  I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes while pregnant, which was quiet a shock. The diabetes team at the hospital are fantastic - they will give you great advice. I found switching to wholemeal bread (eg Vogels) and having the emphasis on protein and veges was helpful. Exercise is key too. I now have to be careful for the rest of my life as I am very likely to get diabetes, having had gestational diabetes. Good luck! More about Who else out there has type 2 diabetties

  Winning an amount as big as $26 million could turn out to be a curse - you would be bombarded with requests and would want to help everyone and get the guilts over saying no.   I find circuit training really works for me. Intensive bursts of an activity, a short break, and on to the next thing. I used to do this at the gym but it is possible to do it at home with weights and an exercycle, plus using lunges, jumping rope, etc. More about Whats your favourite form of exercise?
