  Since I arrived in NZ I realised that it is cheaper to eat fat food rather than helathy food. I struggled to cook healthy french food, to find the right ingredient without too much saturated fat and sugar inside.
  Then I finally achieve to adapt few french recipe to NZ food and I would like to share my blog website for those interested to cook healthy french dishes in new zealand.
