He is quite lucky to be in so many good movies. He obviously has a keen sense of what is going to be successful. I loved Children of Men because of the unbroken camera shots, which were flawless. I've seen Duplicity and liked the way that the story kept unfolding right up until the end - always a new surprise (as you'd expect duplicitous relationships to be). I think he'd also make a great James Bond! More about Interview: Clive Owen

Kevin Roberts:New words for a new world
I've noticed, over the last few years, that the career management of an employee has largely moved from the hands of the HR personnel over to the employees themselves. Loyalty for a single company is at an all time low and employees are jumping companies at the slightest whiff of more money or more interesting work. A post-recession focus on more work for less money is something I find hard to comprehend with these current work ethics. HR departments would need to change significantly if such an outcome were to eventuate. A refocus from the idea of 'people as resources' to 'people as assets' would need to occur, along with a hard-sell of this new regime to employees. If money is scarce then career councelling and education would need to be offered, putting career management back in the hands of the HR personnel. To this end, I think 'Career Management' would be an ideal name for the refocused HR department.

I guess it takes a genious to build such crazy shaped buildings because the inside has to accomodate people and some of these buildings don't look too people-friendly. I like the stone house. I bet it's warm in summer! More about Creative Architecture
