  Of course I have a gripe with Labour!!! (can you tell I support National :P)
  I don't see how Labour could have been telling us that we had 3-4 billion dollar surplusses even up to right before the last election and then just after National gets in National says we are broke.... where did the money go? they certainly didn't spend it.... hence I believe Labour were cooking the books...

  funny you should mention now....
  was watching Mythbusters the other day and this apparent "myth" came up. So they went out and bought 1000 cans from all over a city and tested them all under and blacklight (rat urine glows under UV light) and they found 0 cans with rat urine on them, they also took a swab from each can top and got them tested and again none came back with anything remotely deadly on it.
  
  Not saying this story isn't true but I do believe that the odds of this happening to you are pretty slim :P

  If you no longer want to be part of the living world should it not be your choice?
  You are always going to upset someone by dying, you can't escape that fact but I find it weird that other people's feelings are more important that the wishes of the person life in question.
  
  Also I'm pretty sure in some countries close family can override a persons Do Not Resuscitate order.
  
  On a separate note what about being an organ donor? my licence says I am a donor, I knowingly filled it out that way but my family could override that if they wished after I died. I think this law needs changed also.
  I've made it clear to my family that is my wish and I would hate to think they would refuse my organs to be used after I die, I certainly have no more use of them. More about Euthanasia - how do you feel about it?
