My mom flew all the way from Ireland for my wedding on New Years Eve, stopping off in Singapore & Sydney on the way. Tthen she spent 2 and half months traveling up and down NZ in a car by herself, now she is traveling around Australia camping in the outback (seriously) then she is heading to the San Francisco. She is 60 this year and had hardly been out of Ireland before this trip now she had been more places than anyone else in my family. On top of all that she is absolutely scared sh*tless of flying so it was hard for her even to get on the first plane. She had to spend a lot of her life savings for this trip but already she has said that she will start saving once she gets home so she can do ASIA. Brilliant & priceless, Love her to bits. I continued in a game of squash after gashing up my knee in fall attempting & succeeding to get to a shot. I had blood all down my leg & it hurt like hell but I won & that's what was important. More about Ultimate skin care with Nutrimetics FOR MEN

It's gotta be a fry up. Not only does it taste great but it helps your body absorb the alcohol poisons.

Down side: the fat in the fry up is converted immediately to fat cells when you are hungover. :( More about Avoiding hangovers

My wife and I promised to mind my parents in law's precious dogs while they were on holiday. Before we could mind them we needed to install a new gate at the top of our steps to stop the dogs running wild. I got out the measuring tape and got all the dimensions and headed to a DIY store to pick up the materials and then to my father in laws house to use his tools. We put everything together according to my measurements, leaving it 25mm shorter in the width than I wrote just to make sure it fitted the gap well.

When I got the gate home and tried to hang it I realised that I had not taken a protruding ledge into account on the gate's latch side and it was far too wide for the gap. I got out the planer to see if I could shave it to the correct width. I finally got it to close fully but not before having to plane out a completely obvious semi circle into the ledge to allow the gates passage. More about STIHL Chainsaw Giveaway
