Odd that there are compulsory hearing screenings for new-borns but no visual screening tests, what's the deal with that.
I think that's the most profound comment I've come up with on this site, maybe I should retire.. More about Eyesight - unlock your child's full potential

Pick of the weekend was definately the opening Blues/Brumbies games. The Blues finally clicked, Stephen Brett finally justified his move up here (nice dropkick by the way), Mealamu got the win in his 100th game and the Brumbies (especially Giteau) sucked the fat one. Man of the match was Ranger whose try was as impressive as the shiner he coped towards the end, oh god i just read he's up for alleged assault charges from last year. Dumbass... Treat them mean keep them keen. For some reason chicks dig the asshole-ish type guys so being a bit vague/disinterested/bastardy seems to give the guy a mysterious, alluring air about them. In saying this, it can be taken too far and then the guy just turns into an asshole and the game is up so a balance of Mr Nice Guy and 'the asshole' is apparently needed.

Also, I definitely agree with just giving it a go as it really is a lottery and the more 'tickets' you buy, the greater your chances of 'winning'. More about The Do's and Don't's Part 2

smart idea getting into the 4door market. not really selling out if it's luxury sedans, can't imagine every joe blow affording the pricetag of $NZ 250k or so and the family man still has to get his kicks from somewhere.

looks like it would be mint to drive (as expected), not quite as quick as 911 but is smooth and has 'high roller' written all over it. More about Porsche Panamera
