• Keeping The Weight Off

  I dieted on Weight Watchers a year or so back but I ended up falling back into bad habits and regained the 20KG's that I had lost.
  
  Every time I go to restart my weight loss journey I feel like I'm getting nowhere and give up soon after. It doesn't help that I can't afford the gym or like running or walking. I play basketball once a week, as I enjoy sports, but I'm not fit enough to commit to anything other than that.
  
  Does anyone have any hints or tips to kickstart weight loss so that I can feel like the first few weeks are really worth it? If I get the weight off, any hints or tips to keeping to that regiment. More about Keeping The Weight Off

  I found that swimming helped me to tone up and then I put it back on... Then the gym got me into shape... then I put it back on. I love swimming, it's so relaxing for me. I need to find the time to get back into it... More about Newbie getting into shape

  I am in two minds about this situation... On one hand, I'm pissed that I pay more in taxes because of the fact this is happening... but on the other hand I am kinda like 'This has always happened, it's how trades people operate'... and if I was on the recieving end of fifteen percent off...   Intelligent, but not arrogant.
  Can take a compliment (THIS IS A MUST!)
  Nice Legs
  Owns at least one pair of tight hugging jeans (This is not a must... =P)
  Is comfortable to go with the flow
  Has their own space, and I have mine, to retreat to.
  Has a sense of humour.
  Can deal with my slightly deformed lower back (surgery)
