  Couple of interesting bits picked out of http://www.kiwiblog.co.nz/ yesterday, just to balance the article.
  
  - Firstly, there were 30 people killed between 2006 and 2008 where their BAC was between 0.05 and 0.08, so it's closer to 10 per year. However, some 24 of these were under 20, so breaking the law anyway - this reduces us to 6 over three years, or 2 a year.
  
  - Secondly, will it actually change peoples behaviour? Believe it or not, some people choose to break the law regularly. A tighter law won't make more people follow it.
  
  - Thirdly, while we can (maybe) save 2 lives a year, at what cost? If we changed the speed limit over the entire country to 30kph we'd save dozens of lives every year. Does that mean this is a good idea? What if we just ban cars outright?
  
  Obviously all these points can be argued, however our author elected not to provide a fair view, so I elected to provide an unfair one right back ;) More about Just an estimate
