Chocolate being from latin america is actually used a lot in cooking. Mole (pronounced moll-eh) is a regional dish of I think Southern Mexico, and is basically a spicy sauce containing up to 20 different ingredients, one of which is chocolate.

For a simple way to get an idea of how it might taste, whip up a batch of spicy chili con carne and melt a couple of squares of Dark Ghana chocolate in there.

Better than you might think. More about Chocolate Tacos

Hugh, they do grilled chicken at KFC now! So get some of that, plus the coleslaw or bean salad, and you won't be doing too bad. There's always a slightly better version of what you're currently eating.....it never has to be a drastic change. But over time it adds up. More about Travel Fitness Secrets

    Hey Mellisa,
    -Hot shower right before bed
-no TV in the last hour before bed
-take supplementary zinc and magnesium with dinner
-make your room pitch black, even to the point of putting a tea towel over your alarm clock
-keep a sleep log, write down hours slept and reasons for not getting enough, or waking. It will help make your subconscious more aware and perhaps come up with a solution.
Good luck! More about How to wake up without an alarm clock

I would much rather see more time and money spent on ensuring a few less babies are born with fetal alcohol syndrome, a condition found in about 1% of NZ infants. It has been speculated that these babies grow up to have a high rate of criminal activity, but I think that may have as much to do with the original environment than the syndrome.

I don't let my clients eat bread anyway....... More about Annette's mass medication programme
