Diabetes - The progressive killer
Hard for parents and kids. I can't imagine having to help my child through this. It's bad enough when they get a lingering cough or sore throat. More about Diabetes - The progressive killer

Never leave it too late or it will be
I did NOT expect this story to have a happy ending. I'm glad it did. I am not looking forward to my kids growing up and moving overseas. I won't stop them, I did the same thing, but I'm going to worry ridiculous amounts. More about Never leave it too late or it will be

Weddings overseas - a selfish choice?
I wish I'd done this. We stayed at an all inclusive resort in Jamaica for our third anniversary and they did weddings, took care of everything except the brides gown, I think, and I wished we'd gotten married there. It would have removed all the stress completely. We wouldn't have had a lot of people there, but actually we didn't anyway because our families lived a continent away. I know a lot of people who got married in Vegas, and (almost) all thought it was a good idea. More about Weddings overseas - a selfish choice?
