  • Do you prefer your gigs seated or upstanding?

Standing for sure. I think to get the most out of a concert experience (and to be fair I predominantly go to rock concerts) you want to be in the heart of the communal energy that's being released. If everyone around you is whipping up into a frenzy it's easier to shed your inhibitions and self consciousness and get lost in the experience. I think it adds an extra dimension to the music you are hearing. More about Do you prefer your gigs seated or upstanding?

So how do we actually feel about this little bit of relationship philosophy? i mean from the receiving and giving end?

Is it alright to discreetly check out girls/guys when you are involved with someone or is that crossing a line? I think personally it's natural to have a look, so long as it stays at that. If you're going to commit to someone then you have to keep your base urges in check, and keep it at a stealthy glance.

I know that I am cool with my partner looking at and commenting about other men. I'm not silly enough to comment on other women in front of her (it seems a bit leery) but I think she knows I appreciate an attractive woman when i see one.

In this day and age of short lived relationships is this type of behaviour ok? Or is it courting disaster? I'd be keen to here some feedback from both sexes. More about Doesn't Matter Where You Get Your Appetite So Long As You Come Home For Dinner

  • Do you really give nothing when you agree with your partner not to get anything?!

I always get something... life would not be worth living if i were to take that flippant comment at face value. More about Do you really give nothing when you agree with your partner not to get anything?!

You know the Mitre 10 Mega advert where they say you don't want to be the type of bloke who hire's someone to do a DIY job? I'm proud to say that's me. I avoid all hardware related arguments by hiring a professional, then sitting back and doing something far more unproductive with my time.

Hey Philip checking back in from my last post. Sad to say my type 2 is still with me. I've had some good and bad periods with it. The stress of first time fatherhood has seen me on occaisson take some lazy options with my eating and i haven't had any major weight loss outside of a couple of Kg's in that time. I've also had to go on some stronger metformin tablets and also blood pressure pills sadly.
I am Happy to report that my drinking is virtually non-existent and i have even managed to cut out sugar in my coffee. My fiancee is amazing and really looks after my diet. I have also swapped the treadmill for an exercycle and am burning off an average of 400 calories a day. My Goal is to double that daily calorie Burn before the end of the year.
Hope yours isn't being to much of a pain in the ass and cheers for keeping the thread going. it's nice to know there are other people out there in the same boat. More about Diabetes - The progressive killer

Great to slice them up fresh and have with dip and healthier than potato chips.... so long as your dip to pepper ratio is in proportion

  • Salmon Oil - Do you take it?

Last post: Tim on 23.08.13 at 16:23 | Started by Aeromad on 19.08.13

I take Fish oil tablets (on account of my Fiancee refusing to eat anything that swims) in order to get some Omega in me. Is Salmon oil better than just generic fish oil tablets? Do they come in Tablet form? Flaxseed oil is meant to be the business too I've heard. More about Salmon Oil - Do you take it?

I never thought i would say it but i do think free range eggs taste better than battery hen eggs do. I can't tell you why they just do. Maybe free range eggs have more positive vibes imbued in them cos the chickens are free. More about Freedom Farms Free Range Eggs
