Nicholas Jermyn launches little man range
In that sort of quality gear, my son would be better dressed than me. If he smiles as broadly as that little man in the picture, it would probably be worth it. More about Nicholas Jermyn launches little man range

Explore the world of Asian cuisine at home, with Breville…
Would be great to swap notes on training regimes for particular sports, like maybe sharing ideas on the best way to prepare for marathons or multisport events. Not only for newbies but also for the more experienced. It's always motivating hearing what works for others, how other people train, and tips to get out of training ruts. Amazing. There's also a savant who can mould three dimensional figurines from just glimpsing an animal (see youtube link). It's incredible to watch these extraordinary human beings. I read somewhere that savant-like skills may be latent in everyone. Cool. Maybe in a few thousand years we'll have actually learned how to use our brains... literally! More about Derek Paravicini

Healthy Breakfast Foods - The Best Way to Start Your Day
Never was into breakfast until I tried making my own bagels. They are filling, yummy, and they well and truly keep me going into the morning. More about Healthy Breakfast Foods - The Best Way to Start Your Day

Weirdly enough, the last time I had a whiskey was when I had a "minor procedure" done recently. Lads, you know what I'm talking about. Tell you what though. Despite the nature of the "procedure" it actually a very pleasant day, thanks to the almost full glass of very nice whiskey given to me by the "whiskey man" (ie the surgeon) preceding the event. Every cloud has a silver lining. More about How to appreciate whisky

Green tea syrup? Where to buy please? Plus, since it contains 10 egg yolks, maybe suggestions on what to do with 10 egg whites may be good. Thanks! More about Green tea ice cream

Jet Park: Not Your Average Airport Hotel
Actually there's heaps to do around Auckland airport too. There's Butterfly Creek which is great for the kids, plus it has a great cafe. And there's Rainbows End. Plus Villa Maria winery isn't far from the airport either. Never thought of making a holiday in the Auckland airport zone, but actually it makes sense. Plus the hotel looks FABULOUS. Grab the Bull By The Horns? Bad Idea
Call me old fashioned, but I'd be proud of my son for a LOT less than standing in front of a bull waving red cloth. Mind-blowingly crazy. More about Grab the Bull By The Horns? Bad Idea

I'm not sure what was worse. The bikinis, the tinny music, the amateur performance, or the chair incident. Some people really do have too much time on their hands. More about Bikini Girls Dancing Failed
