2 slices of tiptop white toast bread,with butter spread on 1 slice of bread,place 1 slice of tasty mainland process cheese and finely chopped onions and the other slice of bread on top,place them on a toastie machine and there u have it,mmmmmmm yum.. u must try it!

You can't beat classic kiwi onion dip (made at home with onion soup and reduced cream with vinegar, not the premade stuff) and salt'n'vinegar chips!

Microwave potato for 5 mins. Cut up onion and bacon. Fry together. Grate lots of cheese. Cut in half potato and scoop out into bowl with onion, bacon and cheese. Mix then put into potato again and put under grill until toasted on top. Scrummy and can be done while doing other things.

I went over to Vietnam, and they had the most amazing dishes... noodles, rice, chicken-duck soups, all very healthy. However... I was craving my old snacks!!!!!

I would throw together some Watties baked beans in the microwave and sprinkle a little bit of cheese on top and eat it with a bit of buttered bread. It's so quick and easy, I actually eat it almost every day! =)
