Treat your Mum with Allan Scott's new bubbly

My mum always wanted to be in with us kids, and be cool. She tried so hard she went out and bought the album Mai Music, and even pretended she liked it. Ask her what her favorite movie is and she will say "Dude where's my car" . Mum you have never smoked a joint in your life, and would beat me to death if you knew I did. Thanks mum for never losing your cool, and telling my friends that you appreciate pop culture and grooving on down to some rap music.

Treat your Mum with Allan Scott's new bubbly

When I was a kid, my mum was always the first person I'd run to when in need. If I was scared of the of the sounds of stormy weather, I could run to her room in the middle of the night, curl up in her bed and she'd make me feel safe. Even if I was sick I wouldn't think of going anywhere else - I remember a time I had a stomach bug and during the night, instead of running to the bathroom I went to her room. By the time I got there I was vomiting outside her bedroom door, all over the carpet. "Why didn't you go to the bathroom?!" she asked - till this day I still don't know. I just thank her for dutifully cleaning up the mess, and all the other messes I made as a kid, no matter how disgusting it probably all was. Thanks Mum!!

On the soccer field as a child my mum was the one there on the sideline ready with the oranges to suck on at halftime and a plaster and a kind word to all who were injured.

everyone thought it was cool when my mum used to pick me up after school ... even though it was so uncool to have parents around school, but Im sure it was her car an old MG sports car with running boards and they would hop on side and mum was so cool and drive them all to the bus stop .. would post a photo but in those days camera's were not something every family had and unfortunately we didn't have one

Since my primary school was close to the high school that my mum worked at (she was the home economics and textile teacher), it was cool to wait for her to finish up. In this case, waiting consisted of running rampant around the grounds with another friend in the same situation, getting treats in the staff rooms and playing in the gym and computer room when no one was there :). And since almost everyone knew we were the kiddies of some teachers, we could get away with alot. It was cool because of all the above and also as little kids are, I was proud and felt more important that my mother was a teacher lol.
