How to make steamed sea bassIngredients:1 prepared sea basssmall handful of ginger, cut into very thin sticks2 sticks of spring onion, trimmed and cut obliquely into 1-inch pieces1/2 cup oil4 tbsp light soya sauce1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp ground white pepperwater Directions:1. In a large lidded wok, add water to a depth of 2 inches. 2. Place a steaming stand or rack into the water. Place a heat-proof plate on top of the stand or rack, clear of the water. 3. Steamed sea bass

This looks quite interesting...im not sure about seeing the full fish on a place thing though ;). I love the ginger idea though, i LOVE LOVE LOVE Ginger! In recipes i always add at least double of the recommended amount, or else you dont get the nice hit of it. Now youve made me hungry..... :(


Frank-ly, this picture makes my throat close over.... and I quite like fish!
