This is a gorgeous smoked salmon recipe that uses scalloped potatoes, wilted bok choi, and a lemon, capers and dill cream sauce. We used Regal's wood roasted smoked salmon portions for this recipe. Mmm capers and dill with smoked salmon is amazing! A tiny bit of chilli paste in the sauce can really give it a nice warming kick too.

Looks easy enough but a bit loose on the cooking time fore the spuds - be nice to see it plated properly...

Healthy Salmon and yumm with capers, a lot of people dont like them but i think the combination of salmon and capers is a marriage made in heaven...and with dill sauce, what could be better :-)
