Polenta a la lasagna

Sounds nice, but what the helll are chanterelle mushrooms? I don't know where to get them!

Sounds really different, I love mozzarella cheese but.. it's just not lasagna without the mince! Does sound like a good vegetarian dish though so will pass the recipe on, or might try it but with lots of mince inbetween too.

Chris, I found a pic of the chanterelle mushrooms, Im not sure where to get them from either though sorry.

Not sure about the "lasagna" description - more like a polenta mushroom sammie. Or even maybe a gourmet healthy vegetarian version of a double-down. Yummy.
