I usually play a lot of squash to keep fit, but pulled a ligament in my knee about a month ago so I've been unable to do any real exercise. Pyhsio says I'm good to go now so I've starting cycling but that bores the crap out of me. This might be a good alternative? Cheers

I used to play rugby, do cycling and duathlons. But now im working so much, and have become lazy. Im starting to run again, but I really wana tone up so this would be perfect!

Was in the army but ditch that because of all the meataxes I was surrounded by, so was quite fit at one stage. Since then ben pissing up alot of the cash I made in East-Timor against the wall resulting in.. Well lets just say not the 6 pack I once had haha. :D

I tried applying the theory of "if you regularly drink lots of water your body doesn't retain as much because it knows there is more coming" to food. It doesn't work.
