Sam Ward chats with Buck Shelford about his book, Buck Up, and the game. Your new book, Buck Up is a great read - how’d you get involved with writing it? It stemmed back to when I had my cancer. After a year of being out of action and getting through the chemo, I enrolled into being an ambassador for prostate cancer, and then I enrolled in the Jenny Craig Program and became an ambassador for them. Men's health has for too long been neglected by men and governments. If Buck can give men's health a higher priority then hopefully the benefits shall follow.

After watching this man (THAT"S BUCK) having the time of his life being entertained and welcomed by the People of Castro's Cuba, all the impetus to be a healthy and physically fit was inspired by him to me and all other men whom watched that excellent television program for our betterment. All that we have should make us contend daily to have better health and physicality.
