....am going to try and include this in my daily exercises after I start to cut back on my cardio...I'd have to look up the Bulgarian Split Squat and the Inverted Row...though I have no idea.... but this looks good....


Now this looks and sounds tough. Obviously you get the results though!


This does look good, although a hard workout regime


How good does this sound to do in the morning before you have a shower, get it over and done with and then you have those edorphines running around your body all day !!! GREAT workout


Looks like a good full workout. I may have to give it a go sometime.


Love exercises you can do anywhere and without complicated and costly equipment - it's the kiwi DIY way!

I've just changed from 4months only cardio to pump fit (weights classes) and finally I've got of my platio!!! Will add some other weights in the gym next!


A mixture of cardio and resistance (including bodyweight) training is the perfect combination.
