Thanks for this recipe..I am going to give it a go. We are looking after the neighbours chooks for a few weeks while they are away. Getting six eggs a day! It will be nice to try something new...we are getting rather tired of scrambed, poached and boiled eggs now...

Definitely my favourite breakfast. I love this with Ciabatta bread fresh from the bakery. And manukau smoked streaky bacon, crisp with spinach and perfectly cooked egg with hollinaise, I've never tried making hollinaise but this receipe sounds like a keeper I'll have to try it... mouth is watering now I need to eat.
