Classic Caesar Salad Ingredients 1 head romaine lettuce 180ml extra virgin olive oil 45ml red wine vinegar 5 ml Worcestershire sauce 3g salt 2g ground mustard 1 clove crushed garlic 2 Size 7 eggs (1 for dressing/1 x to serve) 1 lemon, juiced freshly ground black pepper 20g grated Parmesan cheese 170g garlic croutons 45g anchovy fi lets 2 small tomatoes (optional) Method Clean lettuce thoroughly and wrap in paper towels to absorb moisture. Refrigerate until crisp, atleast 1 hour or more. In a bowl or jar combine oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard,garlic and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended. ...I didn't realise anchovy filets were part of a classic caesar salad the one's I have eaten in a number of spots around the world never had anchovies in and I am so grateful that they didn't I can stand them...the other ingredients are definitely yummy though however like StillMe said it would be best if I tried doing them more myself at home... :-)

Awsome I did try it thanks to you for shareing the Method / Ingredients.
I am not a fan of adding red wine vinegar in the food but i did add few dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds & sunflower seed.

I'll try this but mine won't be half as good or tasty as this. The mother in law makes a decent caesar however if I ask her for one she might want to come and visit :(
