Ingredients for 4 to 6 portions: - 150ml Baileys Original Irish Cream - 300ml cold milk - 400g yoghurt ice cream or vanilla ice cream - 150g Nutella™ - 150g whipping cream - 50g chopped hazelnuts  - 1 tbsp sugar - 1 egg white - Extra 2 tbsp ready-made ganache (50g) Preparation: 1. Place the Baileys, milk and Nutella into a blender and mix thoroughly on a high setting. Add the ice cream and mix again. Refrigerate.  2.
