Through careful eating a small amount of daily excercise I lost 20 kg over about 6 months. At my most strict I was having to force myself to eat up to 5 small meals. I increased protein and virtually cut out the bread and dairy. Have put 10 kg on again through poor eating habbits again. I'll get back there again because I felt better and yes, looked better too.

Make half your dinner plate colourful vegetables. Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple changes and ensuring your food and meals remain tasty and enjoyable is the secret to establishing life long healthy eating habits

Nuts are really good for the brain and small, more often balanced meals is the key. With my partner having gestational diabetes we learnt an awful lot about food and how the body copes. A definite;y drink plenty of water.
