your diet should include "live food" such as sprouts and Kefir to balance out your diet. Not hard to do, just need to start it and keep it up

Your diet should include moderation to better life. Also make sure whats going in is equal to energy you're using. No point dieting if you're not exercising. Agree with the need for water too.

Less alcohol, more walking and exercising and more time spent with friends

I don't really beleive in diets, I believe that we all should have self control.
If you are going to eat takeaways fine, but be sensible, don't eat it more than once a week, and skip on the fries and soft drink.
Include veges in every meal, and eat only when hungary, plan to have some healthy snacks in your bag to avoid the sugar cravings.

Exercise 30 minutes a day and regulate what junk food you do eat. Be realistic, we will at times want takeaways or junk food, as longs as it's not all the time and it's not too much then it should be okay.

Drink plenty of water, and avoid drinking too much coffee, 2 at the most a day should be sufficent. If you find water hard to drink try adding a little flavour to it, like lemon juice or a dash of orange juice.

Also ensure you are getting enough sleep as this can affect your metabolism if your not.

diets! just moderation - think mostly natural and basic common sense! come on we all know what is good for us and what is not - it's will power to stay on track!

It should include a little bit of everything, note the "little bit" part especially..

Did you know that 6 grams of protein hide out in each egg? One egg also contains 5 grams of fat, but the kind of fat your body wants. Often people avoid eating eggs because they assume egg consumption will send their cholesterol levels through the roof. Fortunately, that’s not necessarily true. Controlled consumption will keep your cholesterol levels in check, allowing you to reap egg benefits.

Fruits and vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet. They are low in calories and nutrient dense, which means they are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Try to eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day and with every meal—the brighter the better. Colorful, deeply colored fruits and vegetables contain higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants—and different colors provide different benefits, so eat a variety. Aim for a minimum of five portions each day.

Diet should include plenty of greens and water.

But don't skimp on the meat, got to have a bit of meat to give you energy.

Fish and shellfish. And what it should include is every able individual going out and collecting it for himself.
