Discussing :: What is your fitness goal?


Would love to be able to run a half marathon but problems with my ankles mean I'd probably have to walk some of it!


I just want to get back into a more healthy lifestyle again. Once you lose motivation its so easy to get in a rut.


To be regular in my fitness habits


To increase my strength and endurance, aerobically and anaerobically, especially my core - involves watching the seefood diet and beer lifestyle - easier said than done.


Getting off the couch will be a good start and then 3-4 runs along the beach


i,m just trying to get healthy enough to get through the day without being so tired


I have just gotten back in (After a long break) with the volunteer fire brigade an that seems to be getting me back on track with my fitness!


To run a half marathon in October next year - so far have lost 12kg, another 30 to go to get to where I want to be


Be fit enough to do the London Marathon next year.


To lose the flab and expose some ab.
