I am all for it... Exercise is Important and it really increase energy level.. we are so lucky here in our Kiwiland, we have fresh air and environment, so a simple walk or jog or run in the park would really do a good exercise... join us eh!... Happy Holidays Frank and all!


It's so easy to do exercise without the need to put in a lot of effort... all it takes is a walk around town, walk the dog around the block or cycle to work. The key is to do these activities on a regular basis to keep ourselves healthy and feeling 100 percent. Having a good sleep helps wonders too to help heal the body.


You definitely have more energy when you're fit!


...and conversely you eat less because you are not sitting around so much.


Growing your own food is not only a cheap alternative, but also it offers many physical and mental benefits. Gardening is great exercise and helps to reduce stress, so there are many reasons to take up the hobby.


My mum has been going to the gym for years and while she was fit she always stuggled with her weight. It was only after she quit the gym and went on a diet did she loose weight. The answer was obvious- in hindsight.
Exercise stimulates appetite. She now only exercises moderatly and has never felt better.


Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple changes and ensuring your food and meals remain tasty and enjoyable is the secret to establishing life long healthy eating habits.

And walking is my top one exercise because it's accessible, easy to do, doesn't need training or equipment and you can do it anywhere.
