Discussing :: THE BEST TIP

Best TIP. Do not plan anything then everything is a surprise. Chaos Theory some times works and some times it does not, just like things that are meticulously planned. So why waste time and energy planning just go with the flow and live on the edge.

Tiny Tim- legendary !!! When you look back on your life and things come to mind that created everlasting memories and cherished recollections...well this was not one of them. I remember this now but it was long ago confined to the rubbish receptacle of life...thanx for resurrecting it. I think I know his wife....

We all Know many prescription drugs, such as dexamethasone and other steroids + many more, can also have side effects resulting in central obesity, especially in the presence of elevated insulin levels.

Because fat in the midsection contains the greatest amount of cortisol receptors, fat is created and stored in the midsection, specifically in fat cell deposits deep in the abdomen.

LOL ... Looks like a never-ending story :-(

QUICK WAY TO LOOSE FAT: Your body needs food to give it energy for living and activities. The more active you are the more energy you need. But just remember if you eat more food than you are burning then the extra energy will be stored as body fat, this will show up as extra weight.
You need to exercise slowly at about 60% effort to burn up this stored fat. When you are running this is just a slow jog, but you will notice the fat comes off quite quickly (over the next few weeks) if you maintain the running program. It is very easy to say l feel better now l will run a bit faster. No, you need to hold back at 60% effort if you are in fat burning mode.

....its the same on thing that people have been telling people for a very long time exercise and health living, portion control and maintaining that....that is probably why the health and exercise industries are so huge everyone wants that elusive thing.....but the hard yards and changing your lifestyle is the sure way of doing it....

Do you know Blood Pressure often increases as weight increases. Losing just 10 pounds or 5KG can help reduce your blood pressure. In general, the more weight you lose, the lower your blood pressure. Losing weight also makes any blood pressure medications you're taking more effective. You and your doctor can determine your target weight and the best way to achieve it.
Regular physical activity — at least 30 to 60 minutes most days of the week — can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). And it doesn't take long to see a difference. If you haven't been active, increasing your exercise level can lower your blood pressure within just a few weeks.
Best is to get a moving/walking JOB ;-)

If you get a deodorant for Christmas from you family it means they care (they might be trying to tell you something, but they still care)

"No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." ;-)

SUMMER & BBQ FOOD SAFETY

CLEAN: Wash hands well before and after preparing food. Clean cooking surfaces well after contact with raw meat.
COOK: Cook food well, especially if it is re-heated meat, this kills harmful bacteria that can cause stomach bugs.
COVER: Cover food to stop it from contacting other products. Eg. Keep raw and cooked meats separate. Store raw meat on the bottom shelf or in a plastic container in case of blood leakage.
CHILL: Keep seafood cool and in the shade until ready for eating. Store meat and veggies in the fridge to stop them spoiling. Check expiry dates before eating.
COLLECT: Collect Seafood from safe, clean areas.

@BadJoker... lol.. good to get tip from a new bbq owner....

a bod i know did a bbq course and i noticed when he put meat on (esp. chicken) he'd pop the tongs thru the grill and heat them to sterilize them and then they can be used for serving too...pretty good idea that i'd share and saves on dishes too!
