yep i tend to yo-yo as well, up down, up down,it does get harder as you age as well, unless you are blessed with genes that keep you slim, but portion control is the way to go i believe, you can almost eat anything as long as it is in moderation.

Less Beer, more Water, no Takeaways

Doesn't matter what I do, I can't move the beer gut. I've exercised, tried portion control, drinking less booze, less takeaways for a day or two! Happy to say I don't look like Homer Simpson despite my liking beer.
