Discussing :: Rehydration - plain water or something more fancy?


Plain water works for me but I am not fond of it and have to force it down.


Plain water is by far the best way to hydrate yourself, and flush out the toxins in your system. Adding sugary drinks that claim to 'hydrate you faster' probably means there are some nasty chemicals, additives and food colouring involved to entice you.


I think water is the best way to go as it is what your body needs.


Plain water is so much better than all these fancy electrolytes in sweet drinks. Plain water helps to rehydrate our bodies and our skin without any additives, healthy all the way.


I've been trying electrolyte sachet drinks, can't say I feel hugely different. Apparently good for exercise when you sweat heaps
