Activity in rectus abdominis Bicycle crunch

No idea what that is but it sounds terrible.

I might have to look in to some of these, I've really let the old mid-section slip over the past few years.


Hold this position for as long as you can -- aim for 5 to 10 seconds when you doing Abdominal Exercises, No pain no gain ;-)


The best exercise for strengthening the rectus abdominus, which includes the long flat muscles extending along the front and sides of the abdomen is Bicycle the Abs by, Lieing on your back on a mat or padded carpet.


The key thing here is whichever exercise you choose, rather it be the basic crunch or the best abdominal exercise, remember to do it right. You don’t have to use fancy equipment to be effective.


Bicycle exercise is ranked the #1 exercise for me.
