I am not as young as I used to be so have to get 7 hours or I am not a happy person!

If I don't get enough sleep my energy gets hammered & coffee is only a temporary fix.
I find a long hot shower before bed totally relaxes me.

Sleep what is that I know I do not get enough most nights, broken sleep hits you the worst.

I am a night owl and I suffer from insomnia most of the time. I hate getting up in the mornings, especially when it is cold and wet...:) x

Very hard to sleep with all the cricket on T.V. - very hard to wind down.

I normally try to get 8 hours sleep - it I only get 7 I need a cat nap in the afternoon to renew my brain cells. Hard to do computer work with little sleep. Spelling errors etc. increase.

Who cares because I would prefer to snooze most of the time...especially in the cold winter time...wet, windy weather and all! :) x

I find if I only get 6 hours sleep at night I need a top up of 2 to 3 hours in afternoon. Is this healthy? I find when I watch the tennis before I go to bed I do not sleep so well.

I am the same, if I get 5 or 6 hours sleep at night I nod off in the afternoon for a couple of hours and then wake up a little headachey too.
