Barbecue Sauces come in all kinds of flavors, colors, and types. Everyone knows the thick, sweet sauces found on the shelves of most grocery stores. However, there is so much more to barbecue sauce than these. From thin, vinegar sauces to thick, tomato sauces to mustard based sauces there is something for every kind of barbecue and for everyone. Try something new and amp up your outdoor cooking repertoire. You can use Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Starch (Corn, Potato), Salt, Coriander, Yeast Extract, Cayenne Pepper Oregano, Vegetable Juice Concentrates (Celery, Carrots, Leeks, Onion), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cumin Thyme, Flavourings, Rosemary, Vegetable Fat. i dream of one day having a sauce range to equal that of Subway, all lined up ready for me to make my choice, its all about the sauce man!

Nothing tastes better than a good BBQ meal, meat fish, veges and also a great way (if you have a hood) to have BBQed garlic bread slowly heated on the top rail of the BBQ. While it is good to add some spices nothing is better than a good dumping of old Tsauce on the plate to dip all in sundry onto.I also like to marinate my food before,and a good tip is to cook on tin foil so the marinade does not burn on the BBQ and leave a real stiky mess on the grill, and below.

It's all in the marinade if you ask me but yeah good advice.

Charcoal BBQ Rocks, you add more flavor and you can make a hotter fire.

Better bbqing then frying any time, also being able to do different veges on them as well is good.

Certainly need to watch little kids around bbq's, can't take your eyes off them for one second

Pre-heat the barbecue. Food will cook better and stick less. I am so... much looking forwaed to Getfrank Charcoal barbecue!
