Yeap usaully but then you have to look at the ones only beginning etc.. They should start of slow and then work there way up. The way to success is start from the bottom an make you way to the top.

....slow progress and adjusting your training regime along the way make exercising interesting and fun and you will potentially stick to it....there are a number of different programs find the one that gets you going and like I said adjust until you are happy with it, stick with it for a while and then add increased exercises or training.....
