Discussing :: Cut the salt out!


I'm totally addicted to salt - goes on everything.....bad I know but some things in life you just have to enjoy.


A lot of people don't realise how much added salt there is in a lot of food (especially snacks). Another good one to avoid (or at least limit) is fruit juice. 3 litres of Just Juice contains a ridiculous amount of sugar and calories. If you're trying to lose weight it's definitely worth cutting back or at least diluting any flavoured drinks.
