Best Thing You Ate This Xmas.

My own marinated chicken wings! Would be perfect in that charcoal BBQ.

The Key Lime pie made by me and my 6 year old wasn't bad. But the 1kg box of Roses chocolates was pretty awesome, too....

Apricot, pineapple and Cherry Nip Cheesecake. Or maybe the trifle, pavlova or the roast pork... hmm so much good food!

Satay chicken breasts, perfect for the burgers we had for xmas dinner.

My mums potato salad it is lush......and her chocolate pavlova stack dessert with vanilla cream with fudge drizzle or strawberry coolie toppings to choose from....luckily I didn't over indulge so wanted to though

Can't go wrong with a good sherry trifle and this Christmas was no exception - it's about the only thing sherry is good for - although berries and vanilla ice cream are a close second :-)

Mum's trifle, very secret recpie but I got to take a whole one home for myself, yum, glad its only once a year, as I could eat it every night. wink wink

A very tasty bit of ribeye washed down with a cool ale

Yes you can’t beat a good beer! We had roast leg of lamb surrounded by traditional Christmas fare (potatoes, salad, gravy etc). It went down very nicely with some craft ale. Afterwards was as bad as gorging yourself at a buffet, I was a sloth all night…

My 2nd ever attempt at making Pavlova...nomnomnom, and of course hangi from the hangi master my bil, and crayfish from home :)
