Live one day at a time

The future will always be there

Good advice! I really do try and live each day to it's fullest but it's hard not to plan ahead and dream of what's to come. My friends who are 83 and 85 wake up each day and decide how they are going to make the most of it - they have been together 62 years so they must be doing something right!

After having a illness its good advice and after suddenly loosing loved ones due to car accidents etc.. make the most of everyday and always tell those you love that you do.

True-NEVER take anything for granted. Everything we have can be taken away so quickly. But on the other hand, we don't want to live life waiting for possible doom and gloom either. A nice balance of appreciation for what we have, hope for a happy future, and a healthy respect for the challenges that life inevitably throws us...and the strength to be able to rise to meet them.

Live one day at a time..... cause you might be hit by a bus tomorrow.... :-)

You could also be hit by a bus on that very same day.

yes never take your life for granted, none of us know when our time is up, so enjoy it to the full, without hurting anyone ,including yourself, have fun, have experiences, travel, eat good food, enjoy being with your family and friends, and most of all have respect for yourself, your body, treat it well, and enjoy your life, you only have one to live,so make the most of it.

The future will always be there.... or will it? Haha, you never know what may happen with space and time.

I learned a long time ago you have to live each day and see what life throws at you. One day your fine the next you could be in hospital or even worse dead. So live life to the fullest, one day at a time.

I have been living one day at a time but it hasn't prepared me very well for the future.

Live one day at a time AND plan a little or a lot for the future. You will be glad and better off down the line. The future arrives faster and faster as each year rolls on by leaving you with a sense of wishing you maybe had done things just a little or a lot different.
