Morning Sex

Did you know that each night a healthy man normally has three to five erections while sleeping? This is called Nocturnal Penile Tumescence but is commonly referred to as ‘Morning Glory’ because it is only really noticed when a man wakes up with an erection. So if you are an early riser, read on for some tips on how to start your day with a bang!

Be Prepared
If you want to make the most of your ‘dawn horn’ and seduce your sleepy partner without a hitch then it’s best to be prepared. Being prepared may ruin spontaneity, but is a good idea because most likely both you and your partner have to get to work on time.

So the night before, strategically place a condom within arms reach, keep some mints at hand to combat morning breath and make sure you go to the bathroom before you go to bed so you don’t wake up with an overwhelming urge to pee. Then simply set an alarm to wake you up early for your steamy session. Just make sure you set enough time to wake her up and turn her on.

Get her in the mood
Most people value there week night sleep and with morning breath, sleep in the eyes and puffiness, your partner probably won’t feel at her sexiest when you wake her up for some unexpected nookie. Rudely waking her up by thrusting your erect penis up against her isn’t going to do the trick. But if you wake her up gently in a sensual way, then you stand a much better chance of successfully seducing her.

Start by caressing her stomach, back, legs and eventually her breasts. Use slow movements and take your time. Once she is stirring and enjoying the feeling of your touch, begin to kiss her back, neck and ear lobes. If you are not sensitive to the smell of morning halitosis then kiss her lips too. Let your fingers play with her hair and whisper in her ear. Tell what’s on your mind and tell her how beautiful she is (even if she’s looking a little rough). If you’re no good at telling a little white lie then position yourself so you are spooning her from behind – not being face to face should make it easier for you, plus you’ll dodge her morning breath!

Remember to gauge her reaction, if at this stage she’s not responding to your seduction or even worse she is still snoring – give up. You’re not going to get lucky. If however all of the signs are good and she’s ready for action, move your gentle stroking south before sliding off her underwear. Take your time and focus your attention on the clitoris. If she begins to moan with pleasure you know you’re on to a winner so after some more stroking you can make your move into intercourse.

Morning sex gets those feel-good hormones pumping around the body, and can make the difference between a good day and a great day. Just don’t try this every morning, because generally women do not peak sexually at that time of the day, it will get old for your partner pretty quickly.

It is even better when your lady discovers your "morning glory" and decides to gently wake YOU. Soft gentle touches as you awaken from a deep sleep, or to find her already mounted. Is it a dream or reality? Does it matter? Feel good as the mists of sleep slip away and the sexual excitement starts. Mmmmmmm.... cant wait for morning!!
