It’s late Saturday night… or more correctly Sunday morning. You’re in a taxi heading home with a lovely lady, it’s the first time she’s been back to your place and you’re well amped. Heading inside you flick the lights on so you can see what you’re doing.

From here it goes one of two ways.

1. You are both exposed in the sudden harsh illumination like 12 year olds at the end of the social in the school gym. It’s not pretty. She makes an excuse and runs after the taxi driver.

2. With excellent forethought you have installed soft warm lighting in your bedroom that perpetuates the night’s illusions.  You both look amazing… [Add your own experience here] and you get breakfast in bed the next morning.

It’s hard to believe that something as basic as the type of light bulb you choose can have such a huge impact on what you get up to in your bedroom, and I’m not just talking about sex. For many people their bedroom is their own space. It’s the place they rest, relax and whenever possible romp.

It’s difficult to achieve the right balance of practical lighting while maintaining the all-important intimate atmosphere.  Philips new range of LED bulbs are the best place to start. LED light is the future of home lighting. It’s energy efficient, long-lasting and brilliant at creating bedroom ambience, or even task illumination. If that’s what you’re into.

See what light can do.
