When a relationship comes to an end,  it’s natural to feel down and in the dumps about it.  You might feel as though you’ve lost the woman you are supposed to be with and that can kind of come as a shock.  You might get caught up in pessimistic thinking,  feeling like it’s going to be hard or maybe even impossible to get over her.

While it may seem that way at first,  it definitely doesn’t have to be that way at all.

In fact,  it might be a lot easier to get over her than you think it will be.

Why do I say that?

Well,  let’s take a look at what most guys who have a hard time getting over their ex girlfriend do.  They pout,  they sulk,  they stay at home.  They do anything and everything to keep themselves in a state of feeling down and depressed.  If you do that,  then of course it is going to be hard to get over her.

A much better thing to do is to get right back out there.  Not necessarily to jump back into another relationship,  but just to be social and stay away from the behaviors that are going to make you feel down and depressed about the break up.

Another thing that you can do is to take this as a sign that it might be time to get better at attracting women.  Because,  when you know that you can go out and meet someone new,  it’s a lot easier to get over the woman who may have left you.

Plus,  this cannot be stressed enough,  it’s almost always a lot more attractive to your ex girlfriend to come across as though you are moving on and having a good time than it is to be seen as down in the dumps and moping around.
