You set your personal goals and you then proceed to go through a rigorous and perfectly tailored workout.

Mixing over 70 differing martial arts routines into a fitness programme designed by MMA training experts and certified by UFC not only makes the sweat fest somewhat enjoyable, but also professionally developed.

To start off with you will be quizzed on your height, weight and a host of other personal details.

The programme will then use these details to outline a course specifically to you.

On-screen Personal Trainers will guide you through each exercise and challenge you at every event.

The goals can be pre-set or user defined aswell, and they pertain to muscle building, calorie burning, endurance levels and so on.

You track your progression level via an in-game journal.

In addition to the above there is also an Ultimate Training Mode which has high impact drills and exercises to make you 'sweat like a pony' and then some.

Multiplayer also features where you can compete and be rewarded.

From virtual punching bags, warm ups and cool downs, push ups to sit ups, stretching through to crunching, your home is now the best kitted out Gym in the neighbourhood.
