So you’re having some quality father’s time with kids, and it’s up to you to keep the littlies entertained. Sometimes, when the weather isn’t co-operating or you’ve run out of ideas, you need a well-chosen TV programme or two. Which can be tricky. Quickflix, the digital movie and TV streaming service, has the solution. They’ve just added an extensive range of children’s content to their service, including all-time favourites Bob the Builder, Teletubbies, Angelina Ballerina and Thomas the Tank Engine, along with classics like Inspector Gadget, Paddington Bear and Strawberry Shortcake. Other shows include Dance Academy, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Fifi and the Flowertots, Charlie and Lola and many more.

It’s all digitally streamed, on demand, straight to your iPad, iPhone, Mac, PC, Sony Bravia or Panasonic Viera Connect TV, and even Playstation 3. In the coming weeks the service will be available on Samsung TVs and Blu-rays, Galaxy tablets and smartphones, plus the Xbox 360 console later in the year. Which means your kids can snuggle up and watch TV shows wherever you are: at home, in the car or away on holiday. And if they really love a particular episode, they can view it as many times as they (you!) like.
