  Kahlua is also good with Vodka - believe it or not! Its one of my fav new shots. 3/4 Vodka with 1/4 Kahlua - makes the drinks fly down and you get a little caffeine hit.
  
  Wish I could make the drink above for the old fella on his special day - dont have the funds for a 12 year old bottle though - that is some high class stuff.
  
  If I did have a bottle I would cook him up a fat piece of delicious steak, coupled with some of my famous homemade wedges and serve it all on a bed of rocket (his fav meal).

  And now you tell me how to make a stew! I just made one last week, and while it was super tasty it looks like it could have been SUPER tasty. The Guiness and bay leaves are a really nice touch.
