Oh dear. They say everyone has a doppelganger and I think we just found Bambi's. Either this poor thing has skipped one too many meals or on some seriously world-altering narcotics. In which case, I want some. More about Model Struggles Walking In High Heels

The Michael Jackson tribute by the guy who did the choreography for This Is It and the scores of Filipino maximum security prisoners. "They don't really care about us"? They sure as hell don't. More about Top 10 Youtube videos of 2010

I tend to abandon the word 'quit'. To quit implies some type of sacrafice, or giving up something, depriving yourself of the guilty vice/sin you want to rid yourself of. A much more effective word is to 'stop'. I started, then I stopped. Simple. More about Everyone startsâ... little finish

Fantastic. Now, what about an article about all those gimps that can't take no for an answer? That's right Mr Trespass Notice. I'm talking about you. More about 7 Simple Ways To Say "No"

This is fantastic: "How to live in complete balance and harmony without sitting cross legged on a mountain top meditating on it for a good portion of your adult life". I can add to this: "Just say no". Working your guts out for The Man only gets you skinniness and stress. More about 11 Creative Ways to Avoid Becoming a Workaholic

  • How to Write a Headline that Actually Gets Read

Last post: Erenakelly on 14.03.11 at 01:49 | Started by Rowan on 30.03.10

This is so true; the headline is the maker or breaker. Then, if you're lucky to get a punter to read your article, you're lucky to maintain their interest beyond the fifth paragraph or so. Writers need to be inventive, catchy, punchy and occasionally shocking to eloquently portray their message and this always starts with the headline. Correct me if wrong, but I think the entire purpose of Fashion Week is firstly an excuse for the industry to get together and air kiss, drink champagne under mood lighting in the middle of the day and critique each others' latest inspirations. Secondly, the rest of us in the humdrum of normality are supposed to view Fashion Week as ideas, potential. I don't think we're supposed to take the designs literally. I sure as hell hope not anyway. AAAHHH the BDO. Making your way through dozens of trash-strewn gaps through sweaty, writhing bodies. Smashing your head into someone else's who has been momentarily, likewise, completely caught up in a glorious rock moment. Singing at the top of your out-of-tune lungs. Spewing all over yourself whether out of pure wastedness or cruel heat exhaustion. Yep. Good times alright. More about Big Day Out 2011 – First Lineup Announcement!

Oh yeah. This would be perfect with that bottle of Kahlua my brother brought me back from Australia recently. Never mind that it was already half drunk on delivery. Never mind that my mother got to it first. Never mind that there's an old man's dribble left in the bottle. Never mind. More about The Father's Day Cocktail
