When i first started to workout, i used to always listen to what is the best workout for this or that, and what optimum TUT I need to achieve per set. However after working out for a while, i realized that every persons body is different, and their muscle growth will react in different ways to other people. So this means that if you take tips from the most successful bodybuilder, you may not get the same results as him. At the gym you need to listen to your body and change your workout according to how your body feels. I think this is the most effective workout, you dont need to follow other workout plans or tips. In saying this, there are some rules you need to follow. eg dont swing your weights, focus on form rather than trying to life the heaviest weight. pick up a medium level dumbbell and try use perfect form, and the weight will increase over time. Also getting good mind-muscle connection. So if your bench pressing, you need to lift in a way that you can feel your chest contract. More about Building Muscle - Time Under Tension

I might be a hypocrite, however, people who can afford to make these products with ridiculous price tags surely can afford to give a starving child a meal or a homeless man a shelter for the night.
