unfortunantly its not that easy for some people. The way that society has progressed, people working 24/7 obviously just struggle to find time to exercise and eat the proper food, especially when we are exposed to much to all the fast food takeaways, and ready to eat microwave dishes. This is a massive issue and I think it begins with educating at a younger age, but we also need to educate the parents of children on what they should be feeding their children, getting them outside running around the parks rather than sitting infront of the TV play console games. It also doesn't help that fat saturated food always tastes the nicest! I'm glad I have a great metabolism! More about Just don't get fat

Interesting concept... I don't think they should be able to see the students themselves but seeing what they are doing on there computer screen could be quite handy in making sure students are on task... I know I played games in my computer classes at college. More about Teachers spying on students through laptop webcams

the fact that people are using the toilet long enough to be watching T.V. is quite concerning... the longer you hang around in there, the worse it gets people!
but I embrace technology, it makes our world go round More about Did You Know These Things About the Internet?

Could be a great destination to visit for a bit of relaxation, although I don't like the sound of those hurricanes. Could be made even better if the West Indies had a home game of cricket which could be viewed! Added bonus would be key More about Travel Caribbean

i think the swimsuit has evolved incredibly, especially in competitive swimming. I've seen some of the suits they use at the present time up close in hand as I'm a P.E. student at Otago Uni, and they are amazing. They are so tight fitting and light weight with special features which make the swimmer glide through the water so efficiently. However I'm pretty sure they can only be worn a couple of times before they become ineffective again...... hhmmm More about The history of swimwear
